the Real Studio Managers - 4. Max, Molly and Poppy

This is part 4 of a series showing the REAL managers behind the artists of the In the Making team on etsy

Please meet IMteam member Jane from etsy shop The Dog House with her 3 studio managers

Max, Molly and foster greyhound Poppy keeping her very, very busy ...

not only does Jane do the screen printing on her clothing and accessories under the watchful eye of discerning Max but ...
(he loves to approve those Treat bags!)

... she is also expected to prepare healthy meals and treats on demand!

Here is Molly calling for Jane, wondering if she switched the oven on correctly for the cookies - because they are taking a long, long time ...

and ofcourse, foster greyhound Poppy is wondering why on earth you get to wear a doggie bandana called Nom Nom Nom without actually doing the 'nom, nom nom' ...

While Max continues his inspections of the Treat bags, albeit the small ones this time

and he supervises Molly as she inspects a Treat bag too
... 'get that nose in closer Molly - put a wet patch on the corner ...'

... and who mentioned anything about Tricks??!

we don't do tricks around here says Max,

surely one look from me is more than enough for a treat?!

yeah! me too! says Poppy - now let's get out for a stretch before we all get too fat eating treats

and when Jane takes everyone out to stretch their legs,

well, er, a nice bit of Scottish sunshine and a warm day can only mean one thing -

- relaxin' on the grass!

who said getting out meant running?! surely that's over-rated?!
just because you are the fastest dog on earth doesn't mean you have to prove it every time you go outside! sheesh!

ofcourse Jane would need to take a bag with her, filled with, er,

let me guess .....

... treats!?!

and after a hard day's work, er, supervision, of Jane

then it''s time to put the feet up and relax

- but not Jane ofcourse! the oven is still on isn't it, making the next batch of treats?

and how on earth can Jane get inspiration for her etsy shop if not from Molly and her adorable poses ...

and Poppy and her adorable poses ... (with, ahem, her boyfriend!)

and ofcourse Max too,
taking it easy after a hard day of treating, em, I mean supervising!
- hey! put the light out! I need my beauty sleep and some shut eye!

....... Same time next month - meet more of the REAL managers doing REAL work!

How fun to see them all 'approve' your merchandise, I am sure you could not get better quality control than with them :) Thank you for sharing Jane! You have a huge heart for fostering and adopting those cuties. My Coco girl is adopted too! I am getting my girl the red treat pouch!
